All training courses provided by Superior Technical Training can be tailored to the individual company's needs. Each established course can be presented as is, but may be modified to meet the individual needs of the audience.

The courses are all interactive discussions with hands on learning and do not exceed 50% lecture. Trainers are experts and very experienced in the topic they are teaching.

Each participant will receive course manuals with plenty of room for notes. Participants are also encouraged to continue communication with Superior Technical Training after the courses are completed to ensure the effective implementation of the skill learned in their work environments.

Kathy Hoath, the President of Superior Technical Training, has developed and maintains each of the courses that are presented. Kathy has more than 20 years of manufacturing experience and has worked with over 200 companies in the development of the quality (business) systems. She has also done extensive consulting in her areas of expertise.

She is IRCA Certified Lead Assessor and has conducted many ISO9001-2000 registration and surveillance audits. Kathy ensures participants take practical "use today" techniques back to the work place.
